I started this journey April 16, 2018! I was tired of being sick and tired. I am a mom of 3 beautiful children and I wasn’t giving them my best self. I couldn’t find a lifestyle that worked for me.
I was having to force myself out of bed in the morning, I was addicted to soda and a nap was must most days! If I didn’t nap I was dragging throughout the day and mentally wasn’t sure how I would make it through. I was stuck, mentally and physically. I was a cereal snacker, constantly hungry and constantly thinking about what I was going to eat next. All of this made me pack on the pounds… and that’s why I started my journey to better. A last ditch effort to find better physically.

❤️ I follow a ketogenic lifestyle and do not count macros
❤️ I drink 2 packets of ketones daily
❤️ I have an Electrolyte packet daily
❤️ I do a few 24 hour fasts monthly
❤️ I do the 60 hour reboot (fasting)
❤️ I intermittent fast daily focus on eating between 10-6 or 11-7
❤️ I am around 5’9/5’10 and started my journey right at 200lbs
